Usually, this happens to standard rail diesel vehicles after the 2003 year, just because they need SETUP.
Why does my car ECU need to be set?Â
Because those engines are designed to operate with diesel fuel, the air is in exact proportions. So, when we add an HHO kit and feed the engine with some part of oxy-hydrogen gas, specific changes should be made in the control software of that particular vehicle. The engine needs to adapt to the new air-fuel mixture because there is another air-fuel mixture!
This is not a physical product! This is software fine-tuning in the settings of the fuel map, and for this purpose, the vehicle should be present. So we will be able to download the ECU Map, or you can do it yourself by copying the software of your car’s ECU with proper software and tools and sending us the ZIP file to our e-mail below.
Then, we will send it to the corresponding e-mail from which we received it. Payment is by Paypal through our website, or for a quote for an exact vehicle, we will need the following: brand, model, engine, year, ECU brand, and the number on it!
