HHO Dynamic PWM 24V Diesel

What is Dynamic PWM?

The Dynamic PWM is no longer a constant current PWM. It is smarter than that. Actually it is changing the amps drawing to the dry cell dynamically depending on the RPM's of the engine.
It will adjust the HHO output to match the needs of the engine.

So , if you are still wondering why your HHO system works, but there is no fuel saving,  here is the solution!

Positive sides of Dynamic PWM

1. Your system does not need relay
2. Your system does not need ammeter
3. Your system does not need you to always check the ratio water - electrolyte
4. No radiator
5. No fan
6. Dynamic PWM has automatic ON/OFF
7. Very small and compact
8. Very easy to install and setup
9. Saving your alternator
10. Saving energy
11. Controls your Dry cell via the negative

What is solving the Dynamic PWM?

Firstly, the amount of HHO you need is based most of all on the engine RPM. If you have high engine RPMs, you need more HHO to maintain the correct HHO to air ratio going into the engine. Likewise at low RPMs, or at idle, you need much less HHO. The DynamicPWM will be set for the correct amperage at your cruise RPMs, but will change its output based on the engine RPM's It will adjust the HHO output to match the needs of the engine. This will result in better fuel mileage gains with your HHO system.

Secondlyand most important is to reduce the high load on the alternator when the engine has lower RPM's.  For instance most Constant Current PWM's keeps the amps constant and when you stop on a traffic light your engine has lower RPM's but the load is still too high as it's set to be. So, most modern cars ECU's  taking readings from the alternator what load it has and depend on the load is calculating how much extra fuel to inject to keep the minimal RPM's exactly to what they  been setup in the fuel map (especially Common Rail Diesel). Practically your car injecting extra fuel when you stop, because of the big load with Constant Current PWM.

Our Dynamic PWM keeps 5 amps on a lower RPM's and increasing to 20 amps when you press the gas pedal and increase the RPM's.

Why it is set to 5 amps for lower RPM's?

After many tests, the graphs showed us that most of the cars does not inject extra amount of fuel with 5 amps of load, therefore it is setup to keep 5 amps on lower RPM's.

Why it is set to maximum of 20 amps?

Anyway after the tests we have done, we found that more than 20 amps @ any RPM's is injecting extra fuel, therefore our software setup limit the Dynamic PWM to 20 amps with no matter how high RPM's you have. Also more Amps means more heat and more steam which we do not need. If your Dry Cell has a good MMW this is will be enough.

How the Dynamic PWM is working?

Dynamic PWM is taking a readings from it's shock sensor or signal wire.
We have two versions available - diesel and petrol

Dynamic PWM for diesel engineshas shock sensor which should be attached to the engine block and it's read the vibrations from the engine, so this way it's calculating how many RPM's  has your engine.

Dynamic PWM for petrol engineshas only a wire which is taking a signal from the negative wire on one of the injectors in your engine. Should be attached to the NEGATIVE wire on the injector.

In both versions, you can easily setup lower RPM's on the engine and higher RPM's respectively where to reach the maximum of 20 amps, for example could reach 20 amps at 1500 RPM's or 1800 RPM's or even 2800 RPM's.
