HHO Technology

When you reading the many HHO forums and blogs out there in the web. It is easy to see how many people make a frequent mistake about hydrogen/HHO gas. Many people believe that the hydrogen/HHO gas being produced by the hydrogen/HHO on demand system is being burned as a fuel and that the energy being used to create it is greater than the energy that it creates. Simple thermodynamics right?
What is not understood is that the hydrogen/HHO gas is being used as a catalyst that improves the way a fuel burns in a engine. The HHO on demand system simply improves the combustion process of the fuel. A typical engine wastes up to 80% of the fuel in the form of heat. With the use of a hydrogen/HHO generator the combustion is more complete, transferring more energy to motion instead of heat. Hydrogen on Demand
The HHO gas that is being produced by the On Demand System is not stored at all. It is being used as it is produced. Many big companies have spent millions of dollars researching economical ways to store hydrogen gas and have failed. The typical user of an HHO on demand system have reported 10 to 40% increases in fuel savings.
There are many ideas for energy saving and you can easily get confused. History is our best source of information. The first engine that used hydrogen was designed in 1807 by Francois Isaac de Rivaz. It was the first internal combustion powered vehicle. Many patents were filed as the result of this invention but was overshadowed by a cheap alternative. Gasoline and diesel quickly took over as the fuel of choice and hydrogen was left on the sidelines.
William Grove invented the fuel cell in 1838 that gave another option for powering vehicles. This is the direction that the auto companies these days have tried to follow. Many problems have stalled it's advancement. Humidity, the costs of unreliable fuel cell replacements and drawbacks of storage have hindered it's advancement. It will be a long time before the general public will be able to purchase these types of vehicles.
Later on Mr. Yull Brown made his inventions and got numerous patents for his hard work and smart ideas how to use the HHO gas practically to make the world cleaner and greener place for the future generations, with cheap energy resources, cheap food and most important "renewable"
Hydrogen on demand has proven to be a more practical, cost effective way to utilize hydrogen as a fuel source. Forcing HHO into a vehicles existing fuel system has proven to be more cost effective for manufacturers and the end users.
Saving fuel and burning it cleaner improves our atmosphere. The ability to use this technology on existing and new vehicles is the best choice we have. With our past history and the presented facts there is really no better choice than Hydrogen On Demand
The term DRY CELL can be confusing - some people wonder how you can you be using Electrolysis of water to make HHO gas if the unit runs dry. The truth is, Dry Cell HHO and Wet Cells use electrolyte in water just like any other HHO Electrolyzer. However the properties and design of the HHO DRY CELL and H2 DRY CELL make them much more efficient Generators. Most common types of HHO Generators submerge the cell into an open bath of electrolyte and water; this is not the case with the Dry Cell design. The dry cell's stainless steel plates are separated by rubber gaskets, and the electrolyte is confined within those gaskets. Only the main body of the plates gets bathed in the solution, and no energy is lost. The edges of the plates - including all of the electrical connections - are outside of the electrolyte bath. Hydrogen and Oxygen gases pass through the upper holes in the plates to the outer sides of the cell. The upper fittings allow the gases to go out of the Dry Cell and go to the reservoir. Dry Cell is more efficient, because it has more working surface, there is no wrong ways for the electrons , which has to pass through.
Here is pictures to show the difference between Dry Cell and Wet Cell

How a hydrogen system works and what are its benefits?

We call it 'hydrogen cell' or 'hydrogen generator' because it produces hydrogen and oxygen simultaneously through the process of electrolysis shown below.
We start with distilled water and biodegradable electrolyte that we pour into the system. This gives us maximum control over the process of electrolysis. When you add distilled water begins to collapse the hydrogen (two parts) and oxygen (one part) in perfectly clean condition - 99.99% purity. The next step is to take you to those produced by hydrogen gas generator to pre-combustion chamber engine, what happens with the help of the vacuum created by the engine. Hydrogen and oxygen are mixed with other fuels (gasoline, diesel, etc..) In the pre-combustion chamber and will be conveyed to the cylinders which would produce much more efficient combustion of this fuel mix and consequently significantly reduce the consumption of liquid fuels (gasoline, diesel, etc.). and reduce emissions too. Similarly, hydrogen can be used as additional fuel in any internal combustion engines, such as cars, buses, trucks, heavy trucks, diesel generators, furnaces, industrial boilers, etc.. The effect of conventional fuel saving is between 15% and 50% (of the cars made), which also depends on various factors: type of engine (petrol, diesel), engine displacement, engine wear, condition of the engine and dynamo, behavior, driving and more. The system is not pressurized, making it much more secure than other systems that are under pressure as a gas or CNG systems. The system is provided with an additional relay, fuse, ammeter and the practice is absolutely safe. The system starts when the engine is switched on also has an additional button incl. for on and off. When you turn off the engine, it automatically stops the production of hydrogen and oxygen. The service is actually quite easy fill the tank with distilled water and electrolyte, which costs less than 5 euro a kilo and most likely will last a year, or two. Best effect on saving diesel and turbo diesel engines.. You may reach up to 50% savings in turbo-diesel at a constant motorway speed. Data saving vehicles tested so far from us is around 30% We derive maximum performance from every drop of conventional fuel. A more complete fuel combustion also means that we have greater efficiency. Provided that we have the most efficient HHO generator (MMW 10.81), excess power from the vehicle's alternator and proper setup (setup) of the parameters of the car - you can get:
1. Increase mileage up to 40%*
    * fuel saving of 40% is a result of additional ECU management setup
2. Increasing the engine dynamic parameters by 25%*
*increase Nm's in most  diesel engines up to 25%
3. Reduce emissions of CO2 by 80%
4. Prolongs lifespan of the engine
5. Reduces deposits and soot in engine significantly
